Returns and Exchanges

Custom Orders

Our Items are custom made for you using your measurements and because of this we do not except Returns on Custom Items.

If there is an error on our end, we will make every effort to solve the issue. 

Non Custom items 

Items that are not custom come with a 14 day return policy, and must be in good condition, no marks or stains. Shipping the item back should be paid by you. we will credit the cost of the product only, minus 25% restocking fee

• All returns do require a Return Authorization number. Please contact us for a Return Authorization. This number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the return package.
• Shipping charges, either way, are not refundable.
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of the original ship date.
• Products must be returned in original packaging and in original condition.
• Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
• Returns must be shipped back to us, prepaid, to the distribution center noted in the upper right hand corner of your original packing slip.
• ”Special Buy” items are final sales and cannot be returned.
• Return shipments that are not prepaid will be refused.
• Unauthorized returns will be refused.
• Credit will be issued for merchandise only upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise, less restocking charge and handling fee.

 

Damaged merchandise:

For products with Manufacturing defects, email us @ info@Frenchvanillacharm.com and we will assist you with a replacement or a refund. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, keep the original shipping cartons and all packing materials for inspection by the carrier. Please contact us at info@frenchvanillacharm.com to discuss.

 

 

Mistakes do happen

We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing, product information and product availability. If an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct it and we apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.

 

Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is adequately packaged for return. French Vanilla Charm cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If a package is successfully delivered but not retrieved or returned to sender, original shipping is non-refundable.

Once we receive your item we will process your return and a refund will be issued to  your original payment method . You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been accepted and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.

All items must be in new, unused condition with any tags still attached and packing intact. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

 

 Payments

We accept all major credit cards and Pay pal, If you wish to pay by Check we will mail the item out once the check clears normally within 2-4 days

 

Shipping

The Turnaround time on Custom Orders is normally 4 - 5 weeks.

The current turn around time will show in the stroll at the top of this website.

Non - Custom items  will ship in 4-10 days.
